where can I buy starbucks mugs and travel mugs in Montreal?

I love starbucks mugs and it's travel mugs, just arrived in Montreal, I would love to know where I can buy them.( including city mugs) and I hate Online shopping!

Also, which branch is the best one? best atmosphere, best staff,... ?
I have been to several starbucks here, none had the mugs or the other stuff for sale... I haven't tried the one at guy/Maisonneuve, though.

Starbucks is everywhere, so finding a travel mug there wont be so hard, the one on the corner of guy and de maisonneuve has a nice terrasse, but there are like 20 or so others.

I'd like to know how long a starbucks or regular travel mug can keep hot liquid warm? If it is possible, please link an article or a review on this.

I can't give you a an article, but I use a thermos (a bunch of different kinds) everyday. The starbucks ones are literally no different from the others, they just cost more and look better (maybe? I have a couple super cute Lily Pulitzer ones). Either way, the starbucks thermos keeps coffee warm for about an hour and a half meaning by the end of that hour.5, its lukewarm. I personally suggest getting a really good quality one that you take care of (hand wash, don't lose?). It will be worth the $35-40 if you need your coffee warm for around three hours and such.

On a different note, the starbucks thermos tends to leak quite a bit if you don't get the top *exactly* right. It's quite frustrating.

How do you unscrew the bottom of a starbucks travel mug to put pictures in it?

I have have travel mug from starbucks, it's black and it has silver lines around the bottom of it. Can i unscrew the bottom of it to put pictures behind the plastic? because i saw this travel mug at starbucks that said you could unscrew the bottom and put pics in it. Mine is the exact same Design, but it doesn't say anything about unscrewing the bottom, please help me.... thanks so much

I got a great 16 ounce Starbucks travel mug as a gift and I'm wondering if I can bring it in and have them make my specialty drink (vanilla latte) in that rather than their cardboard cups?

Yes you can! In fact anyone can bring in a personal cup, Starbucks or not. It will usually get you a discount. At my store it was $.10 off a drink. Just tell them you have a personal cup. Great way to save some hard earned cash on your favorite drink and save the environment.

I received a Starbucks gift card from my friend on my recent birthday. Because it's Christmas soon, another person gave me ANOTHER starbucks gift card. Is there a way where I can use my 2nd card to add more money to my first one? (Or vice versa) Because I just want it all to be on one card so I don't have to hold onto two gift cards.

You sure can!
Take both your cards down to your local Starbucks and let them know you'd like the cards combined. As long as at least one of the cards has over $5 on it, they can put the two together.

It just takes a couple seconds, and costs nothing.

What's the point of buying starbucks gift card on ebay?

I've trying to buy a starbucks gift card cheap on ebay but the bidding always ends close to the value on the card. Like $5 gift card for $4.95 or $100 card for $95. Why people do that? I rather want to pay $5 on $5 card than spend time on ebay searching just to get penies. Do anyone have answer for this?

Sure, the folks online are poor business men. You're right, the delay of having to wait to receive the gift card through the mail, the hassle of paying through Paypal, and the risk that the card you receive is actually worth what they said it was makes it worth at least fifteen percent discount off the face value, in my opinion.

Can I use a Starbucks gift card on the online store?

I just moved to a small town that doesn't have a Starbucks. Now, I know that this is pathetic, but after living in the city, I kind of got myself addicted to Starbucks. I noticed though that there are some stores in this small town that sell gift cards to Starbucks. Can I use them on the Starbucks website, or do I have to use a credit card?

Starbucks caramel chocolate brownies

Starbucks caramel chocolate (heath) brownies are awesome! If you want to make them yourself, here's a recipe:

Starbucks Heath Bars aka Caramel Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup margarine
1-1/4 cup white sugar
1-1/4 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. vanilla
3 eggs

Instructions:
In large bowl combine all the ingredients listed above.

Add 4 cups of flour and mix well. Then add :

12 oz. pkg Nestle’s chocolate chunks
12 oz. pkg Nestle’s white chocolate chips
8 Heath bars, coarsely chopped

Mix well and spread batter in a cake pan or brownie pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Starbucks whipped cream recipe

If you love the whipped cream Starbucks puts on their drinks, this is the perfect recipe for you! To make Starbucks whipped cream:

Ingredients needed:

Starbucks vanilla syrup (you can buy Starbucks vanilla syrup here)

16 oz of heavy whipping cream (or you can substitute regular whipped topping)

Instructions:
Mix eight pumps of Starbucks vanilla syrup with the 16 ounces of heavy whipping cream. Enjoy!

Starbucks caramel apple cider is wonderful for a chilly fall day and it's very easy to make. For this recipe you will need:

Ingredients:
Cinnamon Syrup (buy Starbucks syrups)
Apple Juice
Whipped cream
Caramel Syrup (buy Starbucks syrups)

Instructions:
Blend a couple of squirts of cinnamon syrup with heated apple juice. Top with whipped cream drizzle with caramel syrup.

Enjoy!

Non-Coffee drinks at Starbucks

Even if you don't like coffee, Starbucks still has some options for you. Personally, I can't stomach regular coffee, but I LOVE their mocha frappaccinos. It's basically mild iced coffee blended with finely crushed ice and chocolate - and it is topped with whipped cream. It tastes a lot like a chocolate milk shake and not very much like coffee.

Regardless, if you don't want coffee at Starbucks, here are some options:

Vivanno Nourishing Blends - they have two flavors: Orange Mango Banana and Banana Chocolate. What is a Vivanno Nourishing Blend? It's basically a whole banana blended with juice, protein and fiber powder, 2% milk, flavors, and ice.

Tazo Teas and Lemonades - Starbucks has a large lineup of Tazo teas and mixes. They range from hot teas like regular Tazo tea, green tea latte, chai tea latte - to chilled tea drinks like the new lemonade blended beverage with green tea, green shaken iced tea lemonade, and passion shaken iced tea lemonade.

Frappaccino Juice Blends - basically just regular lemonade. The official description is:

Starbucks is known for their "fancy" drinks like frappachinos, cappuccinos, and espressos. There are lots of different ways to order a plain/normal coffee at Starbucks. Regular coffee is sometimes known as drip coffee. Here's some steps to get you started:

1. Decide on your size (small, medium, large - or in Starbucks language, short, tall, grande)

2. Decide what roast. Most Starbucks will usually have a dark roast and a mild roast. Dark roast generally tastes a little stronger, but mild roast has a bit more caffeine.

3. Decide if you want it black or with cream. If you want to add cream yourself, ask them to leave some room in your cup for that.
